Arconic innovates the hire-to-retire process with analytics

Arconic, a global aluminum provider, needed a more reliable and efficient way to deliver people analytics across its hire-to-retire process. Before working with Oracle, HR shared services manually handled report requests and created presentations for managers, which slowed access to critical data and made it harder to support areas like diversity and inclusion. Arconic chose Oracle HCM Analytics, including Oracle Cloud HCM and Fusion HCM Analytics, to better integrate with its existing HR systems.

With Oracle, Arconic implemented a self-service analytics model that gives business users near real-time access to HR reports, KPIs, and interactive dashboards without waiting weeks or months for manually produced metrics. The result has been faster decision-making, improved visibility into headcount, hires, terminations, and demographics, and better planning around workforce changes. Oracle HCM Analytics also helped Arconic shift managers toward on-demand use of people data, with plans to expand insights further through Oracle Cloud Recruiting.
