Ansell Establishes Standardized HR Processes Across More Than 35 Countries, Gains Insight into Global Workforce with Cloud Solution

Ansell Limited is a global leader in health and safety protection solutions, serving industrial, medical, single‑use and sexual wellness markets with more than 14,000 employees across 35+ countries. The company was hampered by inefficient, disparate HR systems that lacked consistency and made it difficult to manage and develop employees globally.

Ansell implemented Oracle HCM Cloud (with Deloitte support) to create a centralized, standardized, scalable HR environment, giving managers better visibility and control. The cloud solution shortened the annual compensation review from an ongoing year‑end task to completion in September, improved system availability, freed HR staff for strategic work, and—through integration with on‑premises ERP—enabled reliable global headcount and workforce reporting for smarter decision‑making.
