Anglia Restaurants is a family-run group of seven venues across East Anglia operating four brands (from carvery to cocktail bars). Faced with the challenges of multi-site stock management, inconsistent purchasing, heavy paperwork and the need to protect margins as supplier prices change, the business needed centralized visibility and control over ordering, recipes and supplier sourcing.

Anglia deployed Oracle Hospitality Inventory Management Cloud Service across all sites to store recipes, generate suggested orders, email suppliers, run daily line checks and lock down approved supplier/item lists from head office.
