Anglia Restaurants is a family-run group of seven venues across East Anglia operating four brands (from carvery to cocktail bars). Faced with the challenges of multi-site stock management, inconsistent purchasing, heavy paperwork and the need to protect margins as supplier prices change, the business needed centralized visibility and control over ordering, recipes and supplier sourcing.
