Anadolu Sigorta Replicates 100,000 Transactions to Data Warehouse, Daily Achieves One View of Customers

Anadolu Sigorta, Turkey’s first national nonlife insurer with some 2,500 agencies, bank partners and about 950 employees, needed to consolidate agent-level transactional data from branches, agencies and legacy systems into a single, group-level repository. The company sought real-time backups and business continuity, ad hoc reporting instead of overnight batch runs, and a seamless migration from multiple legacy replication tools without impacting performance or data security.

Working with Oracle and partner Intellica, Anadolu deployed Oracle GoldenGate as its sole replication tool to stream more than 100,000 daily transactions into a centralized Oracle Database data warehouse. The solution delivered a single view of customers, eliminated the one-day data lag, improved quoting/underwriting/claims performance by ~80%, reduced IT workload by 10%, strengthened data integrity, enabled real-time analytics and reporting across the business, and positioned the company for continued growth.
