Aman Bank, a Libya-based lender with ambitious growth plans, needed next-generation core and digital banking to meet evolving customer expectations across branches, ATMs, kiosks, web, mobile and social channels, while strengthening regulatory compliance and anti‑money‑laundering capabilities. The bank chose to work with long‑time vendor Oracle and partner JMR Infotech to deliver a seamless, multi‑channel digital solution.
By upgrading to Oracle FLEXCUBE, deploying Oracle Banking Digital Experience (the region’s first Arabic implementation) and implementing Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management, Aman Bank transformed its customer experience and compliance posture. The rollout (including mobile apps, chatbot, QR merchant payments, kiosks and soft tokens) helped active accounts grow from 300,000 to more than 1.5 million, enabled quick remote account opening and card personalization, expanded prepaid card use to 120,000 customers and a 4,000‑merchant QR network in Tripoli, and improved AML/KYC screening.
