Oracle implemented Oracle Eloqua across Amadeus’ global marketing organization, integrating it with Siebel and Salesforce CRM systems and key customer portals. The solution standardized and automated campaigns, improved lead management, and delivered a 360-degree view of customers. In two years, Amadeus ran nearly 2,100 targeted email campaigns, pushed more than 500 Marketing Qualified Leads into CRM, and increased user engagement by 162%, while also improving reporting and turning marketing into a measurable revenue driver.
