Alkhorayef Group, a Saudi-based global business operating in more than 40 countries, needed to modernize back-office operations that had become fragmented and heavily manual across finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR. Oracle implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, and HCM to unify processes, automate workflows, and improve reporting and planning. The results included a significant reduction in total cost of ownership, faster financial close and reporting, supplier onboarding in less than a day, shorter procure-to-pay cycles, and cutting the annual budgeting process from more than three months to half that time.
