Abdel Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Group of Companies, a family-run conglomerate founded in 1948 and headquartered in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, operates across oil & gas services, pipe coating, water treatment, distribution, transport, trading, and more. The group faced fragmented, standalone ERP systems and paper-based workflows across its subsidiaries, which hindered consistent best practices, timely reporting and analytics, centralized transaction tracking, and workforce productivity and security controls.

Al-Qahtani’s ISD team, with partner Mubadra, implemented Oracle solutions—including E-Business Suite, Cloud Financials, Global HR, Time and Labor, Projects, and Oracle Database—rolling out a bilingual, group-wide ERP in ten months under budget. The consolidation created a single source of truth for real-time finance, HR, project and supply-chain analytics for about 600 users, enabled paperless processes, improved cash‑flow forecasting and procurement efficiency, tightened role-based security, and boosted operational and project execution performance.
