Abdel Hadi Abdullah Al‑Qahtani & Sons Group, a diversified family conglomerate based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, operates across oil & gas services, pipe coating, water treatment, distribution, transport, and more. The group needed to replace disparate ERP systems and paper‑based workflows with a unified, industry‑agnostic ERP to give managers accurate, real‑time reporting, centralize customer and supplier transactions, and boost employee productivity and security across multiple business lines.

The ISD team implemented Oracle E‑Business Suite Release 12.2 (backed by Oracle Database and related modules) across eight lines of business in about ten months, supporting 600 users in Arabic and English. The rollout consolidated legacy data into a single source of truth, enabled real‑time financial, HR, project and supply‑chain analytics, introduced paperless processes, improved procurement and cash‑flow forecasting, tightened access controls, and increased staff efficiency through Oracle Time and Labor—delivering faster decision making, better supplier/customer experience, and readiness for future BI adoption.
