AJG upgraded to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1 and migrated from Windows to Oracle Linux, running on Oracle WebLogic Server with Oracle Real Application Clusters and Oracle Enterprise Manager, implemented with partner GTS. The changes improved user response times by 40%, boosted DBA productivity by 40% through automated monitoring, shortened period close to 30 minutes (from 2–4 hours), cut batch processing time by 20%, increased reliability and scalability, and significantly reduced customizations by using industry-specific modules.
