Agricover Group Reduces Performance Management Time by 65% with Talent Management Cloud Solution

Agricover Group, a leading integrated agricultural-services provider in Romania with about 700 employees, manages distribution, silo services, trading, farms, financing, and insurance for the farming value chain. The company faced fragmented, paper-based HCM processes and limited visibility into goal and performance management across sales, back office and insurance teams, and needed to modernize performance workflows, boost productivity, and free HR from manual administrative tasks.

Working with Oracle and local partners, Agricover implemented Oracle Talent Management Cloud (including Performance, Goal, Talent Review & Succession, and BI services) to standardize evaluations and replace paper reviews. The rollout cut the time to complete employee reviews from three months to one (about a 65% reduction), improved alignment of individual and company goals, enabled timely coaching and rewards, surfaced top talent for succession planning, increased engagement and productivity, and allowed HR to focus on employee development.
