A Oracle Case Study
Agefiph is a Paris‑based public agency that helps place and support people with disabilities in ordinary workplaces, funded by employer contributions and staffed by representatives of employers, employees, and the disabled community. Facing changing financial, institutional, and regulatory environments, Agefiph needed to improve service quality for disabled people and employers, speed up processing of aid requests, ensure fair and rigorous decision making, better monitor policy changes, and rapidly take on new state functions such as the 2010 RSD recognition process.
By linking Siebel Case Management with Oracle Policy Automation, Agefiph moved to a paperless, more responsive system that streamlined decision making and delegated admissibility checks to 250 managers. The modernization eliminated bottlenecks for roughly 50,000 annual cases, improved operational efficiency and fund allocation through reliable analytics, automated document printing and electronic signatures, and allowed the organization to assume new responsibilities without adding staff while responding faster to policy changes.
