AfrAsia Bank goes global with Oracle Cloud

AfrAsia Bank, a Mauritius-based financial services provider serving clients in more than 160 countries, needed to modernize its banking and HR operations while maintaining security, accuracy, and a high-touch customer experience. To replace spreadsheet-driven finance processes and support mobile, intuitive tools for employees, the bank turned to Oracle Cloud, including Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud.

Oracle implemented Oracle ERP Cloud in about four months to create a single source of accurate financial data, then expanded to Oracle HCM Cloud for standardized HR programs, benefits, talent, and performance management. As a result, AfrAsia Bank improved employee self-service and cut the time spent on certain routine HR tasks by half, while also supporting its global growth and talent strategy.
