With Oracle, AEGEAN unified customer data from multiple front-office and back-office sources into real-time customer profiles. Using this foundation, the airline launched its first CDP-powered campaign, which generated more than 1 million euros in bookings in a single month and helped deliver a more personalized passenger experience.
