Advisor Group pilots pandemic networking and major merger with Oracle Eloqua

Advisor Group, the largest network of independent wealth management firms in the United States, faced two major challenges during COVID-19: maintaining advisor relationships after in-person events were canceled and integrating communications across a large merger with Ladenburg Thalmann. The company turned to Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation as part of Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience to support personalized marketing and centralize its communications.

Oracle implemented Oracle Eloqua as the core of Advisor Group’s marketing stack, helping the company launch a Coronavirus Response Resource Center, run webinars and virtual mentoring, and merge email communications from the newly combined firms. The results included retaining 84% of financial professionals from the merger, generating 186 advisor referrals worth US$31 million in pipeline revenue, and achieving a 111% increase in virtual conference attendance with 91% satisfaction.
