Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) relied on Oracle for much of its technical foundation, but the company struggled to understand how its long-standing Oracle products were being used, measured, and licensed. With Oracle Software Investment Advisory, ADM needed clearer insight to plan future growth, manage budgets, and make better decisions about its Oracle investments.

Oracle’s Software Investment Advisory team performed a midterm ULA assessment and deployment optimization review, giving ADM a financial view of deployment progress plus detailed analysis of its database environment. As a result, ADM gained a much deeper understanding of its Oracle landscape, identified underused or overextended areas, and improved decision-making around future investments and workloads.
