A Oracle Case Study
Access Power is a Dubai‑based developer, owner, and operator of modular power assets in emerging markets, growing rapidly with renewable projects worth over US$1 billion across Africa and Asia. Faced with complex, varying tax and accounting standards across many countries, its legacy accounting system could not scale to support multi‑year plant development and operations, creating heavy manual work, limited visibility into plant costs, and inefficiencies in accounts payable and receivable.
To address this, Access Power implemented Oracle ERP Cloud (including Expenses, Procurement, Project Costing, and PPM) with partner AppsLink, completing the rollout in two months. The new cloud ERP consolidated financial operations across 15 countries, delivered real‑time, per‑plant financial visibility, sped month‑end closes and reconciliations, increased payment productivity through electronic payments, reduced processing costs and errors, and provided the scalability and controls needed to support continued international growth.
