Tech Mahindra, a global IT services and solutions provider, needed to integrate more than 150 custom applications after its merger with Mahindra Satyam while improving data visibility, service delivery, and support for revenue growth. Using Oracle Exadata and related Oracle systems, the company faced the challenge of consolidating disparate ERP and non-ERP workloads across many locations without disrupting operations.

Oracle Exadata implemented a consolidated engineered platform that migrated 22 applications to a single environment, upgraded PeopleSoft to 9.2, and enabled a unified view of enterprise data across 49 locations. The result was a seven-week deployment with minimal downtime, 25% more storage capacity, support for 35,000 new users, faster response times, and improved operating efficiency for Tech Mahindra.
