Working with Oracle Exadata, the ministry wanted to consolidate employment and labor data from multiple public-sector sources into a single source of truth for better labor market analysis, policy planning, and faster decision support.

Oracle Exadata helped the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs implement a high-performance data warehouse and business intelligence environment using Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite, and Oracle Exalytics. The solution enabled reports from 10 source systems to be accessed within a two-second service level, improved availability and scalability with Oracle Real Application Clusters, reduced administration effort, and lowered deployment time and licensing costs.
