Granarolo, Italy’s largest dairy producer, needed to support international expansion while maintaining high availability and performance for dozens of critical applications across a 24/7 supply chain. Oracle Exadata, with Oracle Consulting, migrated 40 applications and 28 databases to two Exadata systems in separate datacenters with no business interruption. The result was 30% to 60% better SAP performance, faster reporting and ordering, improved user productivity, reduced total cost of ownership, and uninterrupted operations with no downtime since deployment.
