Atos implemented a multitenancy private cloud on Oracle Exadata/Oracle SuperCluster, with Oracle Solaris zones and Oracle management tools to host multiple customers on a single engineered system. Oracle Exadata helped Atos cut IT administrator needs by more than half, reduce software licensing costs by 50%, and lower monthly power, cooling, and space spending by 75%, while also improving service performance and supporting a projected 1.5x profitability growth.
