St James Stylizes South Bank on Aconex

St James Group, a London-based residential and commercial developer, was managing the highly visible Albert Embankment Plaza project on the South Bank, including The Corniche, Merano Residences, and The Dumont. With multiple teams working across similar but separate construction projects, St James needed a simple way to control data, manage workflows, and make it easy for new team members to get up to speed quickly. Oracle Construction and Engineering provided Aconex to help address these challenges.

Using Oracle Construction and Engineering’s Aconex collaboration platform, St James streamlined document, drawing, and correspondence sharing, while automating key workflows such as RFIs and design reviews. The result was better information control, faster search and assignment visibility, improved workflow efficiency, and more time spent on quality and project delivery. St James also noted that the platform’s easy learning curve helped new team members become productive from day one, and reusable data and templates created potential cost savings on future projects.
