Oracle Construction and Engineering implemented Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, with support from Oracle Consulting and Accenture, to centralize HR data and standardize global processes. The solution delivered real-time reporting and analytics, eliminated duplicate or contradictory employee information, improved HR security and collaboration, and boosted recruiting productivity—helping Sacyr disseminate its corporate culture more effectively and make faster, better-informed decisions for its 30,000-employee workforce.
