John Holland Adopts Aconex for All Projects

John Holland, an Australian construction and engineering company, faced the challenge of managing high-profile projects with varying needs, significant complexity and risk, and geographically dispersed teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. To address these issues, the company adopted Oracle Construction and Engineering’s Aconex platform for all projects under a three-year enterprise subscription agreement.

Oracle Construction and Engineering implemented Aconex as a single cloud-based platform for document control, communications, configurable workflows, and project-wide information management across the full project lifecycle. The results included improved collaboration, reduced training and support costs, increased uptime, and better bid development for joint ventures. Oracle Construction and Engineering also enabled the migration of eight live projects, including 13 million records and 744 gigabytes of data, from a legacy platform to Aconex.
