Oracle Construction and Engineering implemented configurable workflows for design reviews, digital mobile field forms to replace paper checklists, a standardized digital RFI process, and end-to-end tender management in Aconex. The results included a 55% decrease in RFI turnaround times, more than 80% time savings in creating tender packages, and A$21,600 saved on shop drawing reviews per project, along with a major increase in inspection logging from 200 items to 7,000 per project.
