Groupe NOX, a France-based residential and commercial organization, needed a reliable, secure, project-wide common data environment to improve collaboration across multiple sites and many participants. Using Oracle Construction and Engineering’s Aconex platform, they aimed to replace inefficient email-based approvals, improve document access, and create a consistent, auditable process for project information.

Oracle Construction and Engineering implemented Aconex as a collaborative CDE that connected with third-party tools, streamlined document sharing, and improved naming standardization and traceability. The results included 90% faster information storage, 95% faster search and retrieval, and around two days saved per approval cycle, while reducing delays, errors in consolidating comments, and improving real-time access to trusted data.
