The results were significant: tender solicitation cycles were reduced by 90%, from one day to an hour or less; RFI turnaround time was cut by 50%, saving about C$60,000 per year in administrative headcount; and defect logging and distribution time dropped by 80–85% per defect using Aconex Field.
