50% Faster Data Analysis on Schedule Performance Changes by Using Aconex with P6 and Dynamic Insight

Faithful + Gould, part of SNC Lavalin and based in Dubai, needed a better way to support a wide range of engineering and construction clients while handling complex cost and schedule breakdowns, improving dashboarding across multiple systems, and getting the right level of BIM support for different users. Oracle Construction and Engineering’s Aconex platform, integrated with P6 and Dynamic Insight, was used to address these challenges.

Oracle Construction and Engineering implemented Aconex Connected Cost and Connected BIM, along with connectors to Faithful + Gould’s Dynamic Insight system, to unify document, cost, schedule, and model information. The results were strong: report creation became 99% faster, data analysis on schedule performance improved by 50%, and Variation Order processing times are expected to improve by 80% or more, cutting work that once took weeks down to days and freeing teams to focus on higher-value analysis and forecasting.
