Oracle Cloud HCM helped Schroders deliver global talent reviews for 4,000 employees, raise talent review completion to 97%, and improve performance review completion by 3-4%. The company also replaced multiple manual reports with a single holistic report, streamlined recruitment for about 300 hires a year across 28 countries, reduced manual data handling, and improved efficiency and decision making with support from Oracle and its implementation partner, Certus Solutions.
