Schneider Electric, a global manufacturer with more than 150,000 employees in over 100 countries, wanted better HR data insights to improve talent recruitment, development, and retention. To do this, the company needed to eliminate manual data gathering, preparation, and reporting, and turned to Oracle Cloud HCM along with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Oracle implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, and Oracle Analytics Cloud to automate HR processes and create an HR data repository and reporting platform. The solution provided end-to-end employee lifecycle visibility, improved access to data with strong privacy and security controls, and cut 10 hours of administration per week while delivering fast dashboards and reports.
