With Oracle Cloud HCM, Portobello replaced spreadsheets with a fully automated system for collecting data and generating talent reports. Oracle helped the company speed up data management 3x, reduce the team needed to manage the process from three people to one, centralize performance and competency information, and eliminate email-based updates that risked accuracy. The new system also improved report reliability, gave employees access to their own assessment results, and created a scalable foundation for future evaluation methods.
