Marriott builds a foundation of global talent data using Oracle Cloud HCM

Marriott, the global hospitality company with associates in 139 countries, needed a better way to manage and develop its workforce across nearly 8,600 properties. To support leadership development, talent mobility, and changing employee expectations for flexibility and choice, Marriott turned to Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management, to create a secure global HR data foundation.

Oracle Cloud HCM, along with Oracle Analytics Cloud and support from Accenture, helped Marriott standardize key HR processes, centralize global HR data, and give leaders better visibility through dashboards and mobile access. The result was improved associate engagement, stronger talent mobility, and better compliance with evolving regulations, including pay transparency requirements, across one of the largest Oracle Cloud HCM deployments.
