Ethara turns to Oracle Cloud to redesign core processes for global expansion

Ethara, the UAE-based event and venue management company, needed to modernize aging, disjointed on-premises systems that were straining finance, procurement, and HR as the business expanded. With Oracle Cloud HCM as part of a broader Oracle Cloud Applications rollout, the company set out to improve efficiency, gain real-time access to data, and better support growth across its regional operations.

Ethara implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, and HCM with support from Cognizant, creating a single connected platform and local data residency that met sovereignty requirements. Oracle helped standardize back-office processes, consolidate data, and automate HR and procurement workflows, with roughly 90% of back-office processes now running through Oracle Cloud and more than 50,000 annual financial transactions analyzed for better cash flow and spend control.
