Coocique, a 56-year-old credit union in Costa Rica with 400 employees, faced challenges with its manual, paper-based HR and recruitment processes. The company sought to modernize its practices, digitize employee data, and create an online application system to attract talent and speed up hiring. To address this, they turned to Oracle and implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM).

The Oracle Cloud HCM solution provided a single, cloud-based database to standardize HR data and facilitate online job applications.
