Caja Los Andes, a nonprofit and the largest of Chile's Family Allowance Compensation funds, sought to improve support and service systems for its 3,300+ employees. The organization needed to migrate to a more effective, intuitive cloud-based technology platform to enhance its internal employee experience and improve overall performance. To meet this challenge, they turned to Oracle Cloud HCM.

Oracle implemented its Fusion Cloud HCM solution, which connects all HR processes into a single, intuitive system accessible from any device. The results were highly successful, with 94% of employees stating they would recommend Oracle Cloud HCM and 86% finding the platform very intuitive. The implementation provided employees with easy self-service access and gave HR management comprehensive visibility, significantly improving the internal user experience.
