Baylor University hits its ambitious goals with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM

Baylor University, a private Christian university in Waco, Texas, was growing rapidly and needed to replace outdated, disconnected on-premises finance and human resources systems that could no longer support its expanding student body, faculty, and administrative needs. Baylor chose Oracle Cloud HCM along with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence to create a unified cloud platform for core back-office operations.

With Oracle Cloud HCM and the broader Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite, Baylor streamlined HR functions including benefits, talent, time and labor, and payroll, while also improving integration with finance and grant management. The result was less manual work, better analysis of the financial impact of HR policies for more than 4,000 faculty and staff, and a scalable platform that supports continuous process improvement and new AI capabilities.
