Arqiva traces time, absences, and pay in one place with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

Arqiva, a UK-based broadcast and utilities infrastructure company, was struggling with a fragmented mix of bespoke on-premises HR systems, including a heavily customized PeopleSoft environment. Arqiva turned to Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, to unify HR processes across time, absences, payroll, learning, and talent.

With Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Arqiva consolidated absence management, time and labor, payroll, HR help desk, and mobile self-service into one platform. The company gained better insight into its 1,300 employees, improved support for variable pay and sick pay rules, and enabled remote access for a mobile workforce. Oracle and implementation partner Cognizant also helped Arqiva cut a month from implementation time, while HR teams can now track employee questions and workplace trends more effectively.
