Using Oracle Cloud HCM, Abu Dhabi Customs consolidated 14 HR systems into one platform, added mobile self-service and Oracle Digital Assistant, and prepared to use Oracle HR Help Desk for faster support routing. Oracle’s AI-powered cloud platform helped boost HR productivity by about 15%, enabled adoption by more than 1,100 employees within two weeks, and removed the need for annual upgrade assessments because the system updates automatically every three months.
