Oracle Aconex supported the Zuellig Group on The Zuellig Building, a US$171M, 33‑story office tower in Makati aiming to be the Philippines’ first LEED Platinum Core & Shell. The project involved more than 180 team members from 20 organizations who were frequently mobile, requiring instant access to very large files and real‑time status tracking to manage risk.

Aconex provided a secure central platform for document access, distribution, tracking and archiving, with automated review/approval workflows and a full audit trail. The solution enabled efficient handling of about 2,000 documents and 10,000 correspondence items per month, timely reviews and approvals, ready access to all files regardless of size, and eliminated loss or misplacement of information.
