Oracle Aconex provided the online project collaboration platform for The Venetian Macau, a US$1.8 billion hospitality and entertainment development — one of the world’s largest single-structure hotels with a vast casino, retail, arena and convention center. The project faced a tight schedule, strict security requirements and coordination across hundreds of organizations and specialist firms spread across multiple countries, creating a need to efficiently share large volumes of information among thousands of stakeholders.

Aconex controlled document flow between consultants, construction managers and up to 300 contractors, enforced rigorous information security, and supported adoption with face‑to‑face training and 24/7 support. The platform was used by over 3,000 team members, managed 2.7 million documents, processed 6.8 million project communications and stored more than 4.2 terabytes of project data.
