Oracle Aconex supported delivery of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens—a US$419 million, 240,000 m² complex by Renzo Piano that houses the National Library and Greek National Opera and is being developed by Impregilo‑TERNA with Faithful+Gould managing. The project involved 150 team members from 18 organizations across Europe and the U.S., producing thousands of drawings, RFIs and submittals monthly and creating a high risk of hard‑to‑find, lost or superseded documents that could cause delays and costly rework.

Aconex provided a single, cloud‑based collaboration platform with automated review and approval workflows and mobile access so all stakeholders worked from the same data set without software installs. The solution delivered immediate improvements in information accuracy and team productivity, permanent capture of document versions and correspondence for fast search, and reduced errors, delays and rework across the project.
