SNASCO engaged Oracle Aconex to manage the Sharjah Investment Center, a US$500 million, 32‑million‑square‑foot mixed residential, commercial and industrial development near Sharjah International Airport and Hamriyah Port. The project involved multiple concurrent sub‑projects and many organizations, required high reliability and efficiency, and exposed the team to the limitations of paper and commercial email—raising the risk of errors, rework, disputes and delays.

Aconex provided a central platform with unlimited document storage, universal upload/download in any format, single‑system communications and automated workflows. The result was real‑time, anytime access for the whole team, significant time savings and lower printing and courier costs, and reduced risk through uniform coordination of multiple organizations.
