The project faced high complexity from multiple above‑ and below‑ground levels, a geographically dispersed team (Seoul to Berlin), large volumes of project information, and complex approval and decision workflows.

Using a single, cloud‑based Aconex collaboration platform, the team rapidly set up consistent project information and communications management with secure storage, an audit trail and immediate global access. The result was significant time and cost savings, faster document transmission, search and archiving, reliable cross‑time‑zone communications, and close tracking of who made changes and when.
