Ruwad Civil Construction (RCC) standardized on Oracle Aconex for its projects in Saudi Arabia, starting with the US$612.9 million Jabal Omar Phase 4 megaproject in Jeddah — a high‑visibility, multi‑use urban regeneration scheme of seven towers on three podiums (330,000 m²). The project faced a 350‑person, multi‑organization team across regions, complex logistics (traffic, storage, utilities and timing) and a strict mandate to avoid disrupting community life during religious holidays.

RCC deployed the Aconex collaboration platform along with Connected BIM, Aconex Field and Aconex Handover to manage communications, 3D model collaboration, field inspections and digital O&M manuals. The solution automated and accelerated information management, delivered efficient document control and lifecycle collaboration, enabled fast search of project data and provided a complete audit trail for accountability and compliance.
