Reaching for the Sky in Jakarta with Aconex

Oracle Aconex supported the US$150 million Anandamaya Residences project in Jakarta — a luxury development of three towers and ~500 apartments owned by a joint venture of Astra International and Hongkong Land. The project involved more than 40 organizations and struggled with limited scalability from manual processes, fragmented information across multiple systems, and a need for electronic document management with version control and searchable access.

Aconex provided project‑wide collaboration with BIM support, centralized communications, metadata search and security controls so each participant retained data ownership. The platform delivered version control and fast document retrieval, close RFI tracking and dashboard visibility, producing time savings, fewer errors, accelerated turnaround and greater predictability.
