A Oracle Aconex Case Study
Oracle Aconex supported the Access Prairies Partnership P3—a US$317 million integrated health facility in North Battleford, Saskatchewan—managed by Graham Design Builders to provide mental-health care for correctional patients and built to LEED Silver. The project team of 489 people from 67 organizations faced coordination challenges typical of a large P3: many partners and suppliers, resistance to a new collaboration platform, and difficulty identifying and managing multiple document versions.
Aconex provided a project-wide collaboration platform with secure mobile access, robust document control and structured communications, ensuring everyone worked from current drawings and records. The result was positive change management, faster core processes (tendering, design reviews, RFIs reduced from weeks to days or hours), accelerated execution with less rework, and minimized conflict through a comprehensive audit trail.
