Oracle Aconex supported Hackney Council’s Building Schools for the Future program — a US$315 million redevelopment of six secondary and four special schools in Hackney, London. The project required secure, centralized access to large volumes of project information, better management of documents spread across multiple systems and email accounts, strict version control to avoid errors and delays, and fast searchability for precise data.

Aconex delivered a central common platform for drawings, documents and correspondence with full audit trails, version archiving, web search capabilities and unlimited training and support. The system enabled more than 570 people from 60 organizations to manage 160,000+ documents and communications, accelerated design reviews and approvals, provided permanent on‑demand project records, and improved transparency and accountability across the project team.
