Manila’s First Integrated Gaming Resort – Built on Aconex

Bloomberry Resorts’ Solaire Resort and Casino is an owner‑managed, US$1.2 billion integrated gaming and hospitality development in Manila’s Entertainment City featuring an 800‑room five‑star hotel, an 18,500 m2 casino, restaurants, retail and a theater. The project’s scale and complexity—more than 540 participants from over 160 organizations across the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and China—created a critical need for effective, timely collaboration and eliminated reliance on slow, printed drawings and shipped documentation.

Using Oracle Aconex as a secure, neutral platform, the team gave all stakeholders immediate access to project data and correspondence, managed revisions with a document register, automated tendering for FF&E procurement, and used Aconex Field for on‑site inspections and defect tracking. The result was faster data access, improved visibility and control across organizations, accelerated and fairer procurement, better phase efficiencies, and real‑time capture and close‑out of defects before handover.
