Jones Lang LaSalle’s Spain operations selected Oracle Aconex to manage two hotel developments in Marrakech and Essaouira for owner Oriental Morocco Hospitality, working with HPARTNERS (Morocco) and Anantara Resorts (Thailand). The project faced a geographically dispersed team, large volumes of documents and correspondence, risk of misfiled or lost data, and the need for an easy-to-use system for users with varying skill levels.

Aconex provided a secure, centralized collaboration and document-management platform with version control, single-system communications and delivery confirmation, plus on-the-ground training and support. This delivered efficient cross-organization collaboration, faster information distribution and action, time and cost savings for stakeholders, and broad local adoption.
