Groupe NOX, a France-based residential and commercial developer, needed a reliable, secure common data environment to manage multi-site projects with many internal and external participants. Their email-based workflows were slow and error-prone, causing missed correspondence, inefficient drawing approvals, inconsistent codification, and no real-time access to trusted, up-to-date documents across dispersed teams.

Groupe NOX implemented Oracle Aconex as an open, integrable CDE to centralize documents, enforce consistent naming and attributes, and provide a full audit trail and secure collaboration space. The change cut document storage time from 2–3 minutes to about 10 seconds (90% faster) and search time from 20–30 minutes to under a minute (95% faster), eliminated manual review consolidation, sped up responses, and delivered roughly two days saved per approval cycle.
